SoftNudge is a performance-anxiety toolkit for musicians and high-pressure professionals. It provides guided exercises, audio with binaural beats, a routine builder, a mood log and resources. Content is for wellbeing support and is not medical advice.
2. Plans
Free: first three exercises. Paid: R120/month or R1,000/year — full exercises, 6-track audio library, routine builder, log with CSV export and resources. Paid renews automatically until you cancel.
3. Billing & Cancellations
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from the header: Manage subscription · Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Paid access until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free.
4. Refunds
No refunds. Because you can choose a flexible month-by-month subscription and cancel anytime before the next renewal, all payments are final and non-refundable — including monthly and annual charges already processed.
If you are on yearly, cancelling prevents the next year’s charge but does not refund the current year. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case, but we do not guarantee a refund.
